Side effects

If you are wishing to embark on this diet you should note the following side effects:

These symptoms can last as long as a few days.

-          Fever
-          Headache and other aches and pains
-          Fatigue
-          Skin break outs
-          Emotional irritability
-          Blood sugar imbalances
-          Nausea
-          Temporary constipation or diarrhoea
-          Yawning
-          Tight muscles
-          Feeling sluggish
-          Decreased immunity
-          Changes to sleeping patterns
